Are new wedding planners always confused - where should I place this large LED screen? Last month, a friend's wedding was in trouble. The 3-meter-wide screen was facing the bride's entrance. 1. The screen height should not exceed 2 meters (otherwise you have to look up to see the content clearly)
2. The brightness must be adjustable below 800cd/m² (to avoid glare)
3. Optimal viewing distance = screen height × 3 (for example, a 1.5-meter-high screen needs to be viewed 4.5 meters back)

• Choose IP65 protection level (proof against alcohol splashing)
• A tempered glass layer should be added to the surface (the load-bearing capacity must reach 200kg/㎡)
• The control box is hidden on the side of the stage (don’t put it under the channel)

There is a data that illustrates the problem: the average stay time of guests at wedding venues with floor screens is 23 minutes longer than at ordinary venues. However, the maintenance cost is also 30% higher. It is recommended that newcomers have sufficient budget before considering it.

A: Use a transparent screen with a transparency rate of 86% as the background of the ceremony, which can display wedding photos without blocking the couple. The key is to adjust the playback content to 30% transparency, which is the least distracting value I have ever tested.

Q: How to prevent reflection at an outdoor wedding?
A: Anyone who has experienced a noon wedding knows that you must choose a screen with a brightness of more than 4000nit and install it at an angle of 15 degrees. There is an artifact called anti-glare film, which can reduce reflective interference by 70%.

Q: How to deal with sudden black screen?
A: Carry a spare control card with you. This thing is about the size of a palm. One time at a wedding banquet, the main control card crashed and we replaced it with the backup card within five minutes. The guests had no idea there was a malfunction.
